Boğaziçi Metalurji delivers end-to-end execution for heavy-industry projects—especially Meltshop and rolling mill lines— covering project-based engineering, design & manufacturing, on-site installation and commissioning under one roof. By evaluating site conditions, process requirements and safety criteria together, we develop solutions that provide high availability, reduced downtime and measurable efficiency gains. Our goal is to make the investment pay back quickly on site with the right scope, the right equipment and the right integration.

Our service workflow starts with site survey & needs analysis and continues with 3D/technical design, manufacturing, on-site installation and performance verification tests. For existing lines, we manage revamp/modernization; for equipment, maintenance & improvements; and for processes, energy & efficiency optimization. We move forward with traceable documentation and quality control, and secure sustainable performance on site with technical support after commissioning. If needed, we extend system lifetime with spare parts, periodic maintenance and modernization planning.
