Boğaziçi Metallurgy delivers end-to-end execution for heavy industry projects—primarily Meltshop and rolling mill lines—covering project-based engineering, design & manufacturing, on-site installation, and commissioning under one roof. Our service approach starts with site survey & needs analysis, then continues with 3D/technical design, manufacturing, on-site installation, and performance verification tests. For existing lines—through revamp/modernization; for equipment—through maintenance & improvement; and for processes—through energy & efficiency optimization—we proceed with traceable documentation and quality control steps, and secure sustainable performance on site with technical support after commissioning. When required, we build a service model that extends system life through spare parts, periodic maintenance, and modernization planning.
