Rolling Mill Products

Raw Material Preparation Unit

Proper preparation of slabs, blooms, or billets is critical for the efficiency of subsequent rolling stages. The material is cleaned, sized, and brought into an optimal form before rolling.

Re-heating Furnace

Brings the feedstock to the required temperature and prepares it for rolling. The correct temperature preserves the steel’s mechanical properties and optimizes energy consumption, while ensuring uniform heat distribution.

Hot Rolling Unit (Roughing Mill)

This is the first forming step of the steel. It significantly reduces the material thickness and defines the overall dimensions, delivering performance with high durability and precise dimensional control.

Intermediate Rolling Unit (Intermediate Mill)

Further reduces thickness and improves surface quality. It ensures the product is suitable for finishing rolling operations, providing flexibility and precision across the production line.

Finishing Rolling Unit (Finishing Mill)

Delivers the final dimensions and surface quality. Tight tolerances are achieved and compliance with product specifications is ensured—standing out with high accuracy and energy efficiency.

Cooling Unit (Cooling Bed / Descaler)

After rolling, the material is cooled in a controlled manner; surface oxides are removed and dimensional stability is achieved. Provides uniform cooling and highly efficient descaling.

Cutting & Packaging Unit

At the end of the rolling process, products are cut to the required lengths, coiled, and packaged. Ensures safe and accurate product delivery without reducing production speed.
